Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop with us comfortably, whatever device or assistive technology you use.

What we're doing

  • Building the site to follow recognised accessibility guidelines (WCAG) where we can.
  • Using clear text, good colour contrast and keyboard-navigable controls.
  • Providing descriptive labels and alternative text for images.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We keep reviewing and improving the experience, and we welcome feedback that helps us do better.

Tell us how we're doing

If you've had any difficulty using the site, or have a suggestion, please contact us — we read every message and will do our best to help.
