Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days and is free on orders over £45. Express options are shown at checkout where available. Every order is tracked and sent in plain, discreet packaging.
Yes — unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Some products can't be returned once opened for hygiene reasons; this is noted on the product page. See our shipping & returns page for details.
