Free, discreet UK delivery on orders over £45. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order — and sending something back if it isn't right.
Delivery
- Standard UK delivery — 2–4 working days. Free on orders over £45, otherwise a flat fee is shown at checkout.
- Express UK delivery — order before the daily cut-off for next-working-day dispatch where available.
- All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging and tracked to your door.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, some products can't be returned once opened — this is noted on the product page where it applies.
- Email us first so we can issue return instructions and a reference.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return.
- This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll put it right.
