These terms set out the basis on which you can use our website and buy products from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll confirm acceptance when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment securely at checkout. We try to keep prices and product information accurate, but errors can occur; where we spot one we'll let you know before processing your order.

Products

Product images and descriptions are provided as a guide. Some products are intended for specific uses or audiences — always read the label and any usage notes on the product page. Research-use-only products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use.

Returns

Your rights to return items are set out in our shipping & returns policy and don't affect your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
